I'm New To This...

But definetly tru to it. After all, what is there not to say?

Now that the rain has lifted, and there is potential for sun, we can concentrate on clean-up. This is a holy week for may faiths. When I was younger, Easter was a special time, with a HUGE gathering of family at my Grandmother's house. The smell of pies, hams and potato salad filled her house all at once, and I couldn't wait to see my cousin, Dolores, because I knew as soon as I saw her, the gigglin' would begin. I know this is Passover as well, and for Catholics and Christians, Good Friday is a very solemn day. So, I am asking--what is it that you have/will sacrifice? There are so many people across CT that have lost possessions over the past few days. They will have to clean up and start over. What will you be cleaning up, as you take a look at yourself? As you start over in this spring season? This is a time to rejoice, rejuventate and refresh your commitments to family, to friends, to self, to community. A time for that slight 'room for improvement', as you take a second look at everything that surrounds you. While this may sounds cliche, we all do welcome second chances--do overs--because at least we put the effort in to do it right that next time. So, in this season of second chances, sarcrifice,clean-up,start up, rejoice! Life brings us all opportunity..there are new choices just around the bend. Be sure your mind is free of clutter to see it, and your heart and hands are clean and open to recieve it.

Blessings...
